When I was obligated to use a dealership on the current VW because of a warranty requirement, the dealer tried to persuade me to make several other repairs which you said I didn’t need. Eight years later, you’re still right.
I have more examples of how great you guys are but suffice it to say, as someone who knows very little about auto mechanics, I’m vulnerable to disreputable practices and it is really great to be able to trust. Volkswagen needs to know that because of the excellent companies like yours, I am still driving their cars, so I am sending a copy of this letter to their corporate headquarters.
